Although this toy store is jam-packed (literally) with every toy imaginable, the owner will make even the most enthusiastic child want to leave. Upon a recent and much anticipated visit to the store, ready to spend and shop, we were greeted with rudeness and treated as if we were a hassle for being there. Despite the lack of friendliness, my ecstatic (and extremely well-behaved) son was thrilled to be there and carefully searched for the perfect toys only to be told he should not touch anything. When looking at several car-type toys, he was told that they were too old for his age (?). The owner would not let us look around comfortably and when I inquired about train-related toys, he walked away with no answer. In summary, I do not recommend this store. While there is an overwhelming selection, the prices are ridiculous, the store in a huge mess, and the service leaves something to be desired. Head to Toys R' Us in North Beach or the nearest Target instead and save yourself time, money, and a hassle! Even my three-year old was happy to leave without anything--now that says it all!
