If I could give 0 stars, I would. These guys are the ABSOLUTE WORST company. We signed a contract (and paid a deposit) with them on Sept 28th to have our front door and side door replaced with hurricane-proof doors. The front door requires double doors and a glass arc above it (this solution was one they proposed and we chose them for this solution over their cheaper competitors). We were told it would take 2 weeks to get the permit, 2 weeks to get the parts, and then 2 days to do the install. All in all, they estimated 4-6 weeks for the whole thing. Instead, it took them 6 weeks to submit the permit (and they lied to us saying it had been submitted earlier, but we could look it up online and I called the city). Permit got approved on Nov 27th after I called the city and asked them about why it was declined, and the city determined that it should not have been declined. Ok now we're moving forward, well we were supposed to. Called ASP on Nov 27th and told them the permit was approved. They said it would take 1 week to get the doors in and 2 weeks for the glass arc. Today is Dec 12 (2 weeks + 1 day after I last spoke with them). Status update: don't have the arc, and have no idea when it's going to be in. They "put a rush order on it" but don't have a confirmation on (1) it being a rush and (2) when it'll come in. It has been 3.5 months since we've been on contract with them, and they said it would take 4-6 weeks. Now we don't even know WHEN this will get finished. They have failed throughout this entire process, which is still ongoing.

Here's the summary:

- they lied to us about submitting the permit

- they couldn't resolve the permit issues with the city (we had to do a quick 15min call with the city to resolve the issue)

- they can't get the materials in when they say the will

- they can't give us an estimate on when this project will be done

- we've been on contract for 3.5mo and they said it would be done in 4-6 weeks

- it costs us $350 in additional wind insurance for each month we don't have the hurricane doors in. they're giving us NO compensation

- they can't even communicate with us. we have to call them for status updates

- ASP fails all around and is THE WORST COMPANY
