As an real estate investor throughout Miami-Dade County I work with many different management companies, in my opinion Courtesy Property Management is the most organized and professional. My properties are well-kept and managed. I highly recommend their services.

Courtesy is a property management company...PROPERTY...calling on Thursday 4 days post the hurricane Irma and they are still out. I have other properties, and they are all open, helping the community, answering questions, getting clean up going, doing what they are suppose to do as we pay their salaries with their monthly maintenance fees.

Mi experiencia con esta asociación es pésima,ojala el dueño lea esto y tome medidas con los irresponsables,hay falta de control y poca comunicacion.Viví en Grove Villas West por 8 años y jamas pude hablar con ellos,si los llamas no contestan al teléfono y se dejas mensajes nunca te devuelven la llamada ni responden.Cuando me enrrole en pagos automáticos me cobraron dos veces el mismo mes y tuve q ir a reclamar mi dinero,ahora vendí mi casa,los nuevos dueños llevaron sus papeles para que la asociacion los llenara y los aprobara como nuevos clientes y futuros dueños de mi casa,los llevaron un mes antes del cierre y el mismo dia del cierre una hora antes tuvieron q ir personalmente a recoger los papeles a la asociacion y esperar alli que le hicieran el documento porque aun no lo tenian listo aunque un mes antes se lo habian pedido a dicha asociacion.Por ultimo a un mes de haber vendido mi casa me siguieron descontando la asociacion como si yo viviera ahí , la señorita de contabilidad me dijo que si no iba a la oficina a darme baja en la oficina me seguirían descontando porque contabilidadad era un departamento aparte y ella no se enteraba cuando vendian una casa,osea no entiendo esa falta de control que descuenten a los nuevos dueños y a mi sin ser el dueño me sigan descontando,además ella nos dijo nos devolvería el cheque en 4 semanas,no entiendo q yo tenga que pagar por el mal trabajo de las personas que trabajan ahi.Solo quiero resaltar el trabajo del sr Carvajal del mismo reparto y de la srita Rita q son las únicas persona responsables que estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todos estos tropiezos desagradables que hemos tenido con esta asociación.Ojala nunca mas tenga q tener tan mala experiencia como la que he tenido con esta asociación.

Don't answer to emails and when you call they send you to someone's voicemail that NEVER calls you back. Useless association in my opinion.

As a board member for my homeowners association's, I can say our experience with Courtesy Property Management has been very positive. The management and support staff are always helpful and knowledgable. They don't have a big turnover in their staff, so our board members and homeowners have really gotten to know them personally, which is always a great feeling. Overall they have been a real asset to our community. I would highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Courtesy Property Management. I have lived in various communities in the past that have had other management companies and they have been a nightmare. Since I moved to Tuscany Village, I have been thrilled. Courtesy Property Management company keeps our community spotless, it looks beautiful!

I have a unit at Miller Dreams. They want me to change the porch light and sent a letter with a model #. Cannot find it at any store. Have left messages with the secretary and voice mails for the Association Manager. Not once have they returned my call. Now they have sent a "Notice of Warning". They are incompetent, and not courteous at all. Ester

My experience with this company has been terrible. They are incompetent. Every time you call the property manager you get a voice mail and they do not return your call. Once I got a call back three weeks later and I had already resolved the problem myself. Their customer service is terrible. One time I made 15 calls to their office in one day and was not able to reach anyone to help. Good luck.

This management Agency does not know the meaning of the word "courtesy"

My experience with this agency has been awful. They do not return phone calls. They blame the homeowner's association for everything instead of taking responsibility for their own action or inaction. It has been nothing but a hassle to deal with this company and I would hope that other homeowner associations would take into account the customer service that their homeowners will receive and choose a company that actually cares about customer service. This is not the company to go with.
