I usually don't bad mouth a business but this can not rest. As everyone know this year spring was very late starting but I was in the area on 03/22/18 and brought a pair of Donald Pliner shoes, I wore them for the first time on 04/15/18 due to the fact it was still cold weather and you couldn't wear sandals well on 05/14/2018 I wore the shoes again for the third time and the entire bottom has came apart I called Donald Pliner and this rude lady tells me if I didn't get them from them they cant do anything about them so I called Nordstrom Rack where I purchased the shoes from and they tell me they are out of their 45 day return policy this is crazy if anyone buy Donald Pliner shoes know they are not cheap even when they are on sale the store manager was on vacation and I am unsure why they left Cathy in charge because truly she is not capable of making any decisions. I am disappointed in Nordstrom's for not caring about the quality of the merchandise they sale and also Donald Pliner for not making a good quality shoe and putting an expensive price on the merchandise, so now I guess I'm out of my money and a pair shoes neither company will get anymore of my money. a very unhappy customer, this is not the store I brought the shoes from but this is the manufacture of the shoes. I am very disappointed with the quality of their merchandise especially because of the high prices they put on their merchandise
