This is the best auto repair shop I've ever used, in Miami or anywhere. It is FAR, FAR better than going to the dealer, where instead of talking to the mechanic you deal with a service manager or representative. We've been taking our Hondas to Audie and his crew for over a decade and have always been pleased with their knowledge, skill and general customer service. I've never been overcharged, and in fact often feel that Audie or his wife Carlene, who these days is sometimes the one behind the counter, has charged too little. Repairs are done quickly, and when something can be repaired under warranty at the dealer or be bought elsewhere more cheaply (e.g. tires or batteries), they'll recommend the cheaper choice. And by the way, although they specialize in Japanese cars, I've seen several other makes being serviced there.

I have been taking my Honda's to Japanese Auto Care for over 20 years. They are one of the truly honest places around. I drive down from Broward county because they are honest and do excellent work. They only used certified Honda mechanics and use only Honda parts. They always deliver on time and honor their price quotes.
