Literally screwed up everything that could possibly have been screwed up. When I complained (return flight was cancelled, got no notification and she made me wait 12 hours before helping me) she threatened to leave me stranded. She also bought my tickets with listing a purchase price so the airlines themselves couldn't help me and left me dependent on her. But that s just the start. Also booked my 4 person family on two separate booking numbers which further complicated things. Messed up a lot of other little stuff. Just really terrible.
