I turned in some dry cleaning that I needed by a certain time. When I came to pick it up on the day it was promised (the day before I needed it), it wasn't ready. A couple of days later I passed by to finally pick up my clothes, and I explained how not having it ready on time wasn't acceptable. The store manager happened to be there, and he didn't want to hear it. I told him that next time I'd take my business elsewhere, and he told me that he didn't want me as a customer anyways. Has he ever heard of the phrase, "the customer is always right" (and especially in this case)? If you're looking for good service, this is not the place to go.

And, by the way, it's hot as Hades in there.

Machine for washing and drying do not work. This facility is joke that steals hardworking community members hard earn money. Expection must be sent for these actions are illegal. The owner is a cheappig who doesn't fix the machines in general. This person is thief. And employees are folks with attitude no good customer service seen at all. Do not go here ever!!!!
