I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. I believe that the it is unprofessional and un-business like. The woman who runs the office is constantly in the middle of "social hour," while parents stand outside her office wonder if they will have the opportunity to even speak with her. I have heard many parents parents complain about her not being accessible to them and I have experienced this as well. The office is full of people 100% of the time and the manager prefers to socialize, rather than discuss business or questions about accounts with anyone.

Furthermore, it is unprofessional that the classes do not start or end on time. Many parents are juggling multiple children and need the convenience of classes beginning and ended on schedule. This academy typically runs 15 minutes late, and as a matter of fact, they intentionally set all of their clocks wrong, which becomes extremely confusing and frustrating.

Overall, I give this business a "poor" rating. The management is highly unprofessional.

The manager of the facility knows a lot about the martial arts field. It's a great workout for both adults and children. There's a variety of different kinds of classes to meet your unique needs.
