Wow, have I saved on my homeowner's insurance! I was bit skeptical at first since I live in Palm Beach County and The Valenti Group is located in Miami-Dade County. However, I decided to accept their coverage offer and have been thankful ever since. Not only did they save me hundreds on my premium but they assisted me with a claim I had over the weekend. I emailed my agent on a Saturday evening (as soon as I had the loss) and I actually received a phone call Sunday morning and she guided me through the claims process and on Monday morning I already had someone from Universal at my house checking everything out. Less than two weeks later I received my check. I am currently about to insure a third property with them and I am sure the experience will be just as great!
