Want to keep your sanity and avoid future legal/tax issues? Then avoid this place.... even if your closing is the day that you are reading this.

I closed in May 2018 and it turns out that they did not see that the property I purchased owed two years of taxes. Now, less than a year after closing, I am faced with having to pay 1 year of backed taxes (and penalties) out of my pocket due to the incompetence of this office (attorney & paralegals). I will be happy to share how this office did not properly perform the job they got paid to do and then will leave you out to dry when there is a problem. Seriously, if you are closing today, and you are reading this message for the first time.... run from that office and find another Title company... a reputable one.
