Super good jerkey. I've had many cuts of meat here and the butchers are incredibly knowledgeable. The ruben brats are hella dope. I cant speak for the other reviewer, however reviewing a meat place based on their rollls seems odd to me. People threw out the rolls but ate the meat? "Will continue to shop there" doesn't sound like they deserve a 1 star review... Sounds like they know their meat!

went here for the first time on 1/22/2010. we had the crab and shrimp stuffed mushroom that were amazing and the stuffed pork chops which were absolutely wonderful. my husband and I are going back on 1/26/2010 to stock our freezer with their meat. Thanks to the business journal for your story on this company. I have shared my experience with many of my friends who are anxious to try it out also.
