My wife and I decided to try Sobelman's on Tuesday evening hoping it wasn't packed as normally is Our plan worked out well we we're seated quickly and our Waiter His Name is Gill greeted us and explained the Burger of the Month and the drink special's that we're offered , we we're severed our drink's and placed our burger orders Gill the waiter was Awesome Checking on us numerous times and re-filling our drink's as needed If you plan a trip to Sobelman's I would encourage you asking for Gill the Waiter He's personality and attention to making you're visit a great one will make you feel right at home.

AWESOME burgers!!! Better than TJ Bomber's by far. Very inviting atmosphere and friendly service. Have returned several times never to be disappointed!

Sobelman's has the best variety of burgers. The burger itself is juicy and has great seasoning. The toppings are very tasty and fresh. Their appetizers are awesome to. The service is great & friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful. If you go for lunch, they do get very busy so go early or plan for later lunch. I want Sobelman's to start making the "Juicy Lucy". This is a hamburger filled with anything you would like. Most customer's perfer different types of cheeses. Well, time to go. Try Sobleman's!! I can reassure you, you will not be disappointed. Also, tell your friends and family!! Thank-you Sobelman's for doing it right!!

This has to be my favorite burger joint of all time. Sobelman's has quick and friendly service and delicious food. I recommend the Sobelman's burger- quite possibly heaven in a bun.

Sobelman's is clearly a hot spot during the lunch hour. When I went, the place was slammed. I wasn't sure if I was expected to be seated by a server or seat myself (didn't see a sign). While I hesitated, looking for a server to ask about their seating policy, a busboy asked if I was looking for a seat and directed me to the bar.



Sobelman's mgmt should give him a raise and/or promotion.



The bar service was equally mixed. One harried, but nice bartender greeted me and promised to return w/ my drink order (which he did).



While he was getting me my drink, the other bartender came over and asked if I'd been helped. I asked him for a menu. He directed me to THE INTERNET!!! I responded to him by asking questions about the little bar-top menu. (Describe what a Sobleman's burger has on it... etc).



Btw- a California burger at this place is exactly like a Whopper according to the bartender I spoke with. No avocado, no sprouts, nothing fresh.... Cheese and some sauce.



At any rate, to earn the title of "best burger", this bar has gotten some fancy rolls for their burgers. They throw a few cheese slices and pickled jalapeños on top and the cheapest limp fries that Sysco carries and viola! they serve you a crappy burger on a nice roll.



To the owners- the Hi Hat serves excellent fries, check them out. Nessun Dorma does an excellent job of serving cheap, well-prepared food. According to your website, this is what you strive to do. Take what ND does and apply it to burgers. It takes more than nice rolls to make a place like this work in a questionable location w/ bad service.

Simply the best burgers in town for a great price!!! Mushroom swiss ROCKS!!
