On February 8, 2018, my parents went to this dealership to buy a van. My parents test drove the van they eventually purchased but during the test drive, my father noticed that the back air conditioning system was not working. He mentioned this to the salesperson, Francisco, who said that it wasn’t an issue and that the dealership would order the part and then replace it at no cost to my parents once he finalized his purchase.

My father was then taken to meet with the Sales Manager, Leonardo Valdez, Francisco being present, and the individual doing the financing, a gentleman named Jose Angel who purported to be the owner of the dealership. Again, my father mentioned the a/c issue and a mechanic was called, who inspected the van, and advised all parties that there was a problem with the a/c relay system, electrical in nature, and that the part that needed to be replaced was less than $100. The dealership employees assured my father that the part would be ordered and that he could return in seven (7) days to have the part replaced, at no cost to him.

To date, no repair or part was replaced. My father called after the initial seven days and was told that the part had not arrived. In the effort of saving time, and not detail every single interaction, my father kept getting the run around. My father called and the salesperson, Francisco, told him to speak to the sales manager, Leonardo. Leonardo told my father that he had ordered the part himself and it would arrive shortly. A few days later, when my dad called to inquire and follow up, Leonardo advised him that my father had been lied to and that no part would be replaced or provided at this time, and that the dealership owner, allegedly Mr. Jose Angel, said that my father could sue if he wished to recover the part promised to him.

We recognize that it was our responsibility to further investigate this dealership prior to making a purchase but people should know how horrible this dealership is.

Worked with Chris and Danny, both were excellent to deal with. Very friendly and not pushy. Big kudos especially to Danny as he really helped us out. We bought a truck we didn't even come there to look at and we absolutely love it. The sales office is really small but the service of the staff made that not matter. Highly recommend this dealership.

After speaking with them for a month before going in to ensure questions were answered and everyone on the same page, we drive 3 hrs for a huge let down. All the cars on the lot were all visibly damaged so they obviously don't care abut their inventory. The cars we went to test drive weren't there even after having called when first in route. Two of the cars chosen didn't have keys that could be found, & two others driven both had mechanical issues, 1 the engine & the other brakes & rotors. None of them were in a condition to be sold. It was a waste of time. To add to it our credit was run 5 times without authorization.

Worst customer service ever. only nice to you when you are buying a car. I had to cancel my extended warranty due to a total loss weeks after purchasing a car from them. It has been 4 MONTHS and my cancellation has not been processed. I have had to go down there to get them to do their jobs. cant get Ariella on the phone to send the refund check. The woman that answers the phone is rude & says "I'm not the secretary" and hangs up. very very unprofessional and uncompassionate. NEVER do business with these greedy people.

The while transaction went very smoothly. Mr. Jose was extremely helpful. I look forward to another transaction in the near future.

Jose was very professional and tries everything to get a deal done, as a finance guy I was very happy at the end.

I had been looking for a Range Rover for a while locally and couldnt find one where the condition of the vehicle actually lined up with the price. I was on vacation in Florida and came across one that looked great and was priced more than fairly. I went by A Luxury and drove it, and met with the guys there and they did everything possible to help me make a deal. I wanted to finance it through my own bank back home and they were great about it. I stayed in touch and a couple days later the deal was done. Special thanks to Robert, who made it happen immediately, Miguel, who even stayed in touch and answered all my calls on his day off, Luis, who has been in touch with me throughout the whole process and made it very simple even though I'm 1200 miles away, and Tatiana, who has gotten me everything else I needed after the sale! They even set up a transport service and had it delivered to me for a very fair price. They have some unbelievably nice vehicles on the lot at all times at prices that will sell quick. They also will do everything possible to help you make a deal. Great people and great overall experience. I have recommended them to all of my buddies here at home.
