Had a procedure scheduled but I left because the place was disorangized, one of the office clerks was chewing gum the whole time. The floor was dirty, I was scheduled to have the procedure done at 7:00 am. and was told that I had to wait 3 to 4 hours more. They did not have authorizations for me or any of the patients waiting, they should have made sure everything was in order on Friday so that when we showed up today our procedures would have been done in a timely manner. I would not even take my dog there for any type of health care.

Don't ever go there. All they concern is how to get your money. My husband was scheduled an outpatient surgery there early this year. We got 4 phone calls from 4:00 to 5:00pm the day before the surgery from billing staff to urge us bring in a check of $1400. When our insurance only allowed a billing about $500 for that procedure, the staff are so intimidating and refused to issue a refund immediately till I filed a grievance with my insurance. During the month that we requested the refund, we experienced no staff answering call nor they returned call for 70% of time.
