Let me start by saying Johnny Means does not deserve one star.... PLEASE BEWARE......DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS MAN....!!!! HE IS CROOK... I took my truck to him to check my A/C... This ALL he was authorized to do... I called him a couple hours into the appointment in which he told me he was still checking it out... When I went to pick it up he proceeds to tell me he has fixed the A/C along with several other things that I was not made aware of to the tune of nearly 500$.... which if I did not pay he would be holding my truck in impound at a fee of 20$ a day... I reluctantly paid and was told I had a 90 day warranty.... two days the air went out... first of all he dodged my phone calls...when I returned to the shop with my husband to tell him my air was out... he said I had to leave the truck or he wouldn't look at it... I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing so...he became irate.... kicked us out of the shop....threatened us with a gun.... when the Montgomery Police department showed up we were told that unfortunately this is not the first time he has ripped someone off...that they have been on numerous calls to his garage... and this is how he makes his living.... and the only course of action we had was to take him to small claims court.... he is a dishonest coward.... PLEASE stir clear....! And tell EVERYONE you know...!!
