My smallest chihuahua almost died about a year ago and we had to rush her over there only to find out that she had pancreatitis and they saved her life. They were very professional and extremely caring they knew how much she means to me. I would highly recommend them. This is my baby that they took care of her name is Little Bit.

I have been a specialized vet tech for 30 years and this is where I take my own pets. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and take amazing care of my pets. I trust them completely and their Chief of Nursing, Mary Tefend, is just amazing as are Dr. Van Hoosier and Dr. Griffin. You are wasting your money if you take your pets anywhere else in Montgomery.

I took a kitten that I found ran over in the middle of the street here. They were sooooo nice and informative. They understood that I didn't want to pay a lot of money but I would pay what was needed to save the cat. I left the cat...they called me later to say that the cat didn't make it but thanked me for bringing her in. Everyone just seemed genuinely nice!!

I first went to Carriage hills for my cat on an emergency basis and was treated very well. So well that we recommended to my mother- in- law that she should board her dog there while we went on vacation. On the last day of our vacation we get a call that the dog was attacked while in boarding although we said she needs to be away from other dogs. The vet said that there will be no charge for boarding or medical bills and that we would be able to pick up her dog as soon as we got back. We picked up the dog, who had lacerations all across her hindquarters, were charged nothing and left. A month later we receive a bill asking for payment for the boarding. We called and told them our dog was attacked under their care and that they said we didn't need to pay. The receptionist stated that she spoke to the "partners" and that we still need to pay for boarding. Why should we have to pay for boarding where our dog was attacked due to their mismanagement of the boarding process? Very dishonest in telling us we didn't need to pay and then sending a bill a month later.

I can't say enough good things about the vets, vet techs, and other staff working at Carriage Hills. I've been taking my Spock there since he was a tiny puppy - for daycare and Barking Zone, training classes, grooming, boarding, vaccinations, sick/well visits, and surgery (and yes, we've somehow managed to use ALL of those services within the last year). Spock goes to Barking Zone nearly every day (they offer a really affordable 30-day pass that is a huge help for me, since I work full-time). The trainer on staff, Lois, sends home "report cards" every week so that I know what my pup's been up to; she also works some on obedience training while he's there!

On the medical side, the quality of care here is stellar on every front. Spock's needed emergency care over the weekend a couple of times, and since Carriage Hills serves as an emegency clinic, we've been able to call and come right over for the care we need (from stitches all the way to medicines for kennel cough). I'm comfortable putting my dog in the care of any of the doctors there - we've seen Drs. Van Hooser, Griffin, and Lamb at various points during the last year, and they're all the best!

The best part, though, is that Spock LOVES going to the vet. It's his home away from home, not some scary place he fears. Everyone loves on him as if he were their own puppy, and we literally couldn't ask for a better vet. Can't recommend Carriage Hills highly enough!

The staff at Carriage Hills is remarkable. Tessa has been going here since she was a puppy. We are able to board her, drop her off for well/sick visits and they treat Tessa as if she were their own pet. We highly recommend Carriage Hills!

I highly recommend Carriage Hills Animal Hospital and Pet Resort. The staff represent the highest in animal care and compassion for animals. I am thankful and honored to be associated with Carriage Hills. Barney and Woody were blessed by the wonderful one-of-a-kind staff. Bless all those at Carriage Hills. Love, linda.
