They used to have very bad horrible customer service!



Until i guess getting so many complaints about it that they eventually did something about it!



Only problem now is the same that when you need help and look for someone your literally have to walk around quite a bit to find someone!



i guess just not enough employees! LOL

I was in this store for all of 20 min and no clerk to be found,I had to search for help which took another 10 min just to fid someone who diidnt work in the department I needed assistance, they informed they would send someone to help. well, the help probably did arrive after I left due to waiting another 20 min. this store lost at least 1200 bucks off me I was out x-mas shopping and took my holiday bucks to Circuit City.
