#justiceformoe. This shelter breaks laws. Kills animals before the 7 day holding period which is in place for any animal regular less of the circumstances.... If we have to abide by the law, why shouldn't this tax dollar funded organization do the same, especially when they are solely responsible for the live they so call take care off.
