Previously to Curtis, I had a few different agents
(not State Farm Insurance) that were hard to deal with based
mainly off communication. I had to deal with the same
old non-local, non-personal, only telephone conversations
with people I that didn't know me across the country.
I was literally just an account number to them.
From day 1 with Curtis, I signed up with him in
his actual office in Mountain View. I met him in person
and he's been great with communication ever since.
He'll even periodically remind me to review my services
with him to see if there's some savings on my Auto or Renters Insurance.
He knows me on a first-name basis and I trust him.
