I went there for years and I always had good customer service and they have the lowest prices in town.

I went in here this past week with a friend in order to pick up some cigars for guys night out, and we had the worst experience ever. First off the cigars where not fresh and every single one of the cigars burnt uneven.(which happens when cigars are old and miskept). I would have been just fine with that even, but the worst was the dead head young guy that was running the place. My friend went into the bathroom which was out of order, but didn't know it. So the guy working started cursing, and calling my friend every name in the book.(totally uncalled for!) I don't know if he was just high or if he is just a royal aS&?? This place just really seemed shady and didn't seem like a place that honest business takes place. So for me and my friends we will go elsewhere for our cigars from now on.
