Please listen to the bells that are going off for people who need help. When you go to visit this home, they are constantly ringing. Average wait time to get help is 10 minutes, This is NOT acceptable!!! Check other homes and see if their bells are ringing like this...you will not find this happening. If it is, walk out and don't go back!!! They will put your loved one out in the hall all day to stare at the walls. There are some nice people there, but unfortunatly there are a few that need to go, and they will make your loved ones life miserable!!! Please. please , look around and pay close attention to what you see. We have moved Mom to a new place and she is so happy there. Please look and listen and then ask yourself...is this where I would want to spend the rest of my days? The answer is No, keep looking there are much better places out there! We know because we found two and chose one. She is a new person since we've moved her out of Sunny Ridge Nursing Home.
