These guys are such jerks. Came down my driveway doing about 50mph an hour and almost hit my dogs. I processed to scream at him and honk my horn. Even my child screamed at him as my dogs got closer to the truck. The closer my dogs got the faster the driver went and almost ran over my dogs. I called customer service to speak to a supervisor and spoke to a rep named lany which gabe me the run around that there was no supervisors available. I told her wrong she wasn't working a call center with no supervisors so she told me to hold amd I guess she thought I was on hold cause she started talking to a guy in the background explaining why I was calling and laughing about the situation. When she came back I addressed it and was put on hold again and got a guy by the name of bino that claimed to be a supervisor but no one cares or wanted to do anything to help me. My animals are just like my family and at this point since these drivers don't care I am going to stop using ups. If enough people band together and either stop using them or make them slow down then maybe they will do their jobs correctly cause my driveway is not a races way and it could have been my elderly folks or child out there and not just my dogs. These people need to have respect for peoples property, family, and animals

When they misplace packages they make you go through a lot of hassle to get nothing back from them. They are currently doing an investigation for us. They call you back from weird numbers in Mexico and if you do not answer they close the case then give you a huge hassle to reopen it. You cannot speak to the investigators directly. They lost my stuff and I can't talk to them. Awesome. Use an alternate if you have a choice.

They leave packages in the driveway for people to steal. Then when you complain they don't deliver at all but say they do. And then send the package back saying they can't deliver. Don't use them if you don't have to.

Very slow service. Took way to long to deliver the item once it arrived in Nashville (over five days). A donkey would have been faster.
