Worst Tow Company Ever

My insurance company called 777 Towing for roadside assistance. I got a call from 777 Towing dispatch that the driver would arrive in an hour. I walked to the nearest gas station to get out of the heat and wait. The driver arrived early and called me, I informed him I was down the street and would be there in five minutes to give him the keys for my vehicle. After I hung up I received a call from 777 Towing dispatch, the dispatcher said she could not have her driver tied up for 5 minutes and she would send another driver when one was available. I agreed and said I would wait for the next driver. I went back to where my vehicle was parked and it was gone. I called 777 dispatch to find out what happened to my vehicle, the dispatcher said the driver hooked up my vehicle without the keys and took it to a local mechanic far from my location. I told her that was unacceptable and requested to speak to a manager. The dispatcher gave me a very bad attitude and argued with me for 10 minutes and finally agreed to connect me with a manager. I was placed on hold for another 10 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and was connected to another dispatcher, when I asked to speak to the manager again I was connected to the previous dispatcher. The dispatcher gave me the address of the mechanic and told me to take the keys to them myself then quickly hung up. At this point I was already extremely frustrated and called a taxi to take me to the mechanic. When I arrived at the mechanic's garage I inspected my car and noticed that the rear bumper of my vehicle had been damaged. I spoke to the mechanic and he said they did not move the vehicle at all since they did not have the keys and the tow company must have damaged it. Finally the mechanic jump started my car and ran a diagnostic which had no results. The mechanic told me I just needed a jump start, which I could have gotten from the tow truck driver if they had waited for me to get to my car. I called 777 Towing the next morning to make a complaint about the damage, the dispatcher was very rude and said they were not responsible and would not do anything about it. I told her I was going to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, she said she did not care. They are not even accredited by the BBB. Definitely do not get your vehicle towed by 777 Towing, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

horrible timing

Has me tell my auto care people yes they made it on time..smh.. well not the case i call back 20 min after eta .. they say sorry another hour. . Dont count on them to be there on time or near on time

This sorry excuse for a tow company was chosen through my State Farm roadside assistance. When the driver arrived, he decided to try to play mechanic with the ignition wiring (which was my issue) without permission and as a result started a small fire after crossing wires that shouldn't have been crossed. This caused thousands of dollars in damages. I immediately filed a claim wih insurance and today I went to the tow office to speak to a supervisor. Never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional people. The supervisor tried to blame the entire situation on me (despite the fact that this whole issue was on camera at a gas station) as well as telling me that I was rude to the driver (which I was not until he started a fire) and even threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave his premises after I got angry with his complete lack of respect and understanding and used the 'f' word in ONE sentence. This business is despicable and I genuinely don't know how they're still open. After this experience I will absolutely be filing a lawsuit if I am not awarded the proper settlement for the damages he blatantly caused. Any business who will stand behind incorrect practice and belittle customers, calling them liars and acting as if customers are making up false claims of damage to avoid the payout. I don't know how the owner can sleep at night. I will tell everyone I meet to stay far, far away and intend to call State Farm to request they remove 777 towing from their service list so that nobody else should suffer such awful treatment.

Terrible Late

Called at 10 pm and told them I was in a scary neighborhood. Hey gave me an estimate of 60 to 90 minutes....three hours later I am still waiting.

Well I see that I am not the only one with a bad experience. I see a pattern. Left my son for over three hours out in the heat waiting for a driver. Repeatedly lied about arrival times. It got dark and he was still stuck on the freeway. Left him in a totally unsafe situation. Don't use this company. They have no regard for personal safety. They are not in the business of helping people. They said they thought we were going to leave our car. Even so, that would have meant our car would have been left unattended, completely vulnerable for many hours. Dispatcher pretended to be the person in charge. When I busted her she then said no one was available. I asked for a name so I could call back to make a complaint. She stated she could not give me a name of a supervisor. Really? You can't resolve an issue. There's a supervisor but he/she doesn't have a name and isn't available. It's the ghost supervisor of 777 Towing.

You have to give them at least one star to write a review. They deserve none minus 10 stars. The experience begins with rude women dispatchers

that constantly transfer you from on to the other. Cannot schedule appointments and lie about arrival times. The driver was an hour

and a half late arriving. He rolls out of his wrecker with an extremely arrogant and narcissistic attitude he needed the wrecker to carry around. hooked up my vehicle and pulled it immediately into the bed of the wrecker. Damaging the passenger side rear taillight area. This after boasting about his ten years experience and great his is. Looked like a rookie screw-up to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN UNPLESANT EXTERENCE FRON THE FIRST PHONE CALL!

I called for a tow truck at 11:00 am pacific time, the truck finally arrived at 2:00 pm. When the tow truck did arrive it did not have to proper equipment to complete the tow, so the driver said he had to call the company to send another truck and that it would be another hour.....Horrible experience i suggest anyone considering using this company think twice and use any other company besides this one.

The absolute worst towing experience ever they were two hours late and constantly lied about there location when asked where the driver was. Never again will I ever use them. You shouldn't either! Avoid this company.
