When our dishwasher decided freak out on us and turn on and off on it's own whim, we called Appliance Pro. The repairman came on time and was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us our options in a very neutral way so as not to make us feel we had to pick a certain option. We decided to have him repair our dishwasher instead of replacing it. He was able to come out a couple of days later after securing the proper parts and fixed the dishwasher in a very quick and efficient fashion. He also answered some questions about concerns I had with some of my other appliances free of charge. When my appliances freak out? I'm calling Appliance Pro.
