Provided by YP.comThis was by far the best repair service call I have ever had in my history of service repair calls. The owner listened to my "broken" washing machine over the phone and right away asked if I had been washing baby socks. I just happen to have a 2 year old that loves socks.
Scott, the owner was in the area on a service call and was here not even 30 minutes later. After only being here a few minutes, he pulled apart my machine and sure enough, pulled a tiny tot sock out of the pump. From the time I called him to the time he was done and out the door, 1 hour had passed.
Not only was the service fast and good, he was extremely polite and overall a very nice guy. Scott Bailey is official our new service repairman.
