This company takes advantage of employees so why would customers be treated any better?!? Do not take any verbal agreement as fact as this guy rarely remembers anything he tells someone and changes his mind in the blink of an eye. Very inconsistently run business.

I will NEVER use this towing service again! After picking up our car when we were stranded we had to follow him to drop it off at our mechanic. It took him 2 hours to get to us when we were only 45 minutes away. Then he sped off at 80 mph in front of us and we couldn't keep up so we lost him. Then when unloading our vehicle he destroyed our front. Called company to complain and they didn't even have the decency to respond to us. Low class company and unprofessional. If you value your car don't call them. You would do better towing it yourself!

Do not work for d.t.s they make you work long hours bad less pay
