I felt so bad after I got my car back. The technician did not put the screw back after they fixed my car. I called so several time and ask for another appointment to put the screws back, they were ignored me. People felt bad when their car get trouble and willing to paid for service but not trouble again. Now I got another trouble and I had to pay for the trouble. Never recommend.... this body shop.... NOT AT ALL....

DO NO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO Mack's Auto! We had our car towed there because it wouldn't start. Then it started, but they insisted on keeping for 3 more days (over the weekend) to see if it wouldn't start again. That in itself is ok. My wife called today and they said that it was ok & we could pick it up. My wife gets there and they had changed the oil without ever asking to do so! They charged $40 on top of that! I've never paid more than $25 to have an oil change in my life. If a place of business has no respect to even ask a customer if they want a service done, but do it anyway, they shouldn't be trusted with anyone's vehicle!
