We specialize in the diagnosis & repair of major household appliances: refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, washers, dryers, (we do not service microwave ovens). Our principles are straightforward: A diagnostic fee of $40 will be charged for our visit, but this charge will be waived if you decide to repair your appliance. Your repair charge will consist of $50 plus the cost of any part(s) needed. Your service technician is paid what he earns on your service call; we are not charging you to help pay for other employees behind the scenes. We won't mark-up needed repair parts to retail value.
