Recently, our vacant condo was heavily flooded when a pipe ruptured in the unit above. Northwest was called by the management and worked all night to remove water, lift carpets and all the other things that have to be done to start the drying process.The unit looked and smelled reasonable when we looked at it some time later. We were so impressed with their work to that point that we had them go ahead with the restoration. They worked well with our insurance adjustor and got us better coverage than initially offered. The work was recently completed and we were very pleased with the result.

The team that works with this excellent Company does the very best carpet cleaning work I've ever seen.

Jim called me 53 minutes (exactly) before scheduled appointment time to ask if he could arrive early. Unheard of! He worked quickly and efficiently to clean my carpeted stairs and hallway. He was wrapped up and pulling out of my driveway at the originally scheduled appointment time, while my 14-year-old carpet looked almost as good as new. No complaints here.

We recently had our condo flooded by a broken pipe in the unit above. The cleanup started in the middle of the night but all went well and there was no sign of mold growth a week after they finished. We had them go ahead with the restoration of ceiling, carpet and other floor covering. We were very satisfied with their interaction with the insurance company and their work.

They arrived on time and where very informative.
