I took a comforter in and was told it would take a week to dry clean. They told me to come back the next week. have been there three times since and I still don't have a comforter. I'm beginning to wonder if they have lost or damaged it.The day after I took it in, I got an emailed coupon for comforter cleaning which is no good to me because you can't use the coupon unless you take it in with the comforter.I told the young lady that I thought that was an unfair business practice. She pointed to the wall behind me. I turned around and saw a wall, covered in paper. Apparently, customers are supposed to walk & turn to read 20 notices on the wall behind us before we even reach your desk. Newsflash. Normal people don't do that.���� Nu-way, I think you need a NEW way of doing business! Like maybe customer friendly and customer service. If I ever get my comforter back in one piece, I'm never stepping foot in a Nu-way cleaner again!

I had my girlfriend take 4 dress shirts and two pair of pants to be laundered/dry cleaned. When she got them back and gave me the bill I was shocked! This place gives new meaning to the phrase "take you to the cleaners". Their prices are 50-100% MORE than your typical cleaners in Chicago and NYC.



I called when I found out and asked if I could use their coupons on this order than I already picked up and was told "No, but if you keep coming back maybe we can credit you some of the $$".. I'm severely disappointed because this place is in a super location for my girlfriend.

Never Again!

I took a small order to Nu Way early yesterday morning and asked if I could receive them back rather quickly. The girl working the counter audibly sighed, rolled her eyes, and said (in a frustrated tone of voice), "yeah, I guess." She was then very short with me the rest of the time as she got my information. Not once did she smile or show any type of professionalism. No matter where I am (i.e. dinner, banking, dry cleaning, etc.) I believe a companies customer service/relations is part of the whole package. When I am treated as if my providing business is inconveniencing someone else, because now they have do their job, I do not leave with a desire to return. Nu Way is one of those businesses.
