They were nice enough to deal with over the phone, when I could get in touch with them or they finally called me back. Emails were a little hit and miss. The service was ok at best. The gentleman that was with her didn't seem to sure of what he was doing, and was a little stand offish. One of the wines that had been promised could not be provided and we didn't find that out until about three hours before the reception. All in all the service was mediocre and would probably not be reccomended. However they were cheaper than most but the price for the service still exceeded the quality of the service.
