Do yourself a favor and do not use this company! We hired them to tow our 5th wheel to an RV repair place and they completely destroyed the tailgate of our 2008 Chevy 3500 and are denying all responsibility. Our truck was damaged on the bed of their tow rig. TLC was informed that the tires of our 5th wheel could not be turned and that the rig had to come off of the ground. They did not send out a second truck with the rig it had to go on. They had my husband use our Chevy. They lied and said my husband declined a second truck to save money, which makes no sense as AAA is reimbursing us 100%. The tow operator gave my husband instructions to put the truck in neutral and keep the wheels straight while pulling the fifth wheel up the back of the ramp with our truck on it. He then had my husband disengage our truck WITHOUT telling him to put it back into park. Chevy went rolling down the ramp of their rig with the hitch on the front of the fifth wheel slamming into the tailgate of our Chevy.

Highly Recommend using these people! Very professional and courteous! Driver was polite! Will use them again if I need towing done! Quite reasonable pricing!

These drivers are willing to put many other drivers on the road in harms way just to get to an incident that has already happened. there is no reason to be unsafe and possibly cause an accident to add to the one they are headed to. They are not an emergency priority vehicle but they act like they are.

on 2-23-13 my vehicle was placed in there care after a very serious crash on I5. as if my car being wreaked by another driver wasnt enough one the tow yards owners I beleave was extreamly rude and threating !!! He not only threated to "pummel me" as he put it but said i was not aloud to come back on his property to get my car. i had to have my father go back there the next day with AAA. After they had my father sign everything he realized that they had not given him a key and said they never have the keys to cars being impounded. i called the WSP to find out if this was true and they of course said no. i looked at the paper the officer gave me before going to hospital with my seriously hurt wife and shook up son. This paper clearly says one key was given to the tow truck driver. As if the exspensive electric BMW key was not enough apon opening the trunk the missing amplifyers and speakers that cost me over $ 3,000 to have professionaly installed had been stolen. since my father had already signed for the vehicle and took possession its my word against theirs in court. This is the tow yard that gives the good ones a bad name. Unfortanitly i was the victom of the storys that we all hear and was utterly in shock of how they had treated me !!! i felt violated and can only hope i am the only costermer that has or will be victomised by these crooks!!

My first time with this company. On time great service and good price. I am sure the bad review by mine has some story behind it. The owner was kind, helpful and great to work with. I also own a business and know. I hope many people continue to us them and keep them in business. I know I will use them for all our towing and moving needs.

Called TLC to tow my van to a repair shop because it would not start. I had worked on it for a couple of days, trying to start it several times as I tried to determine the problem. When TLC arrived the van started. He followed me to the repair shop, charged me only for a service call (about $50 less than towing cost). Driver was courteous and more considerate than he had to be. Charges were fair.

I have used this company and I was very happy with the service. I will use them again without hesitation if I am in need of a tow next time, They were also very friendly to me. Don Dykes

I also agree with the guy above me !!! Ive heard very bad things on how he treats his workers, family and some customers..the price always seems to reflect if you know him or not ...always a different price?? i thought that there are laws about that ?? but from what i hear breaking the law seems to be a family thing. Would not recommend...The fish on his trucks should be replaced with some horns..its a shame that just anyone can use that sign :(

The owner came to tow me he was very rude to me lied about the price and since then I've herd very bad things on how he treats his workers and family does not deserve to be in business at all
