The truck showed up 3 hours 15 minutes late. I explained that my wife was in the hospital and I needed to be with her. Apparently their dispatcher didn't care. They kept telling me about 20 minutes. The last time I called they said 10 or 11 minutes. 45 minutes later, they actually almost told the truth. They said the driver was 2 streets away. About 5-6 minutes later, he shows up. Despite the unconcern of the dispatcher the my wife needed me to be with her in the hospital, and her constant lies, the driver was very nice and got the job done properly. But I'll never use them again!!!

My experience with this company was horrible. They are the tow company that Kia Roadside assistance uses and I was on the side of the road for 1 hour 45 minutes in New Orleans (where they are located). When I called to check on status of the tow after waiting 45 minutes, the dispatcher told me they had hour and 15 minutes to get to me and a truck would be there in 30 minutes. When I called to check status after 30 more minutes, the dispatcher told me the truck would be there in 15 minutes because on another call. When the tow truck driver arrived an hour and 45 minutes later, he stated he had just gotten the call 15 minutes earlier. I believe Kia Road side assistance should use another company and I am appalled at how unprofessional this company was in providing and inadequate service especially the dispatcher with her uncaring attitude.
