I bid on an item at auction and before I paid, found out that it was a total fake. I provided the auction company ample information to prove my point. Because in the listing is says it is guaranteed old and I also spoke with the company president before the sale and he too guaranteed it to be original, I felt I had legal grounds to cancel the transaction. My lawyer agreed. He then accused me of being a deat beat bidder, black listed me and told me to never contact his firm again. This was my first run in with his company so there was no bad blood before. It is really all about simple principle at this point as I am not out any money. I would be very careful dealing with this company.
