CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

I came to this store today, the Saturday before Christmas, thinking it would be ready for business. The store is supposed to open at 10 am. I was there at 10:10 am, & the store clerk was just unlocking the gates. She went into the store but locked the door behind her while I waited outside in 30 degree weather. She was not in any hurry to take off her coat & put away her purse. She even stopped to check her cell phone. When she was finally ready to let me in, she went over to unlock the door & just walked back behind the service desk. No greeting & no apology. I told her that I was just dropping off a pre-labeled, pre-paid package but that I wanted a receipt. She took my package & threw it on top of another box & told me to write the tracking # down because it would be a while for the system to come up. I am no dummy & knew that all she needed to do was log in so I told her that since I already waited 10 min. that I could wait another 10 min. She printed the receipt & threw it at me.
