AWFUL!! I had to ship a package to arrive 2nd day AIR. I paid $35 to get it shipped to arrive at a specific time. It took awhile because the three staff members were all on their phones texting. They confirmed a 10:30 am delivery and I went on my way. I got my tracking info and said it would arrive end of day, not 10:30 am. I called the store and their response was sorry, "we shipped it ground vs. air" and we cannot call UPS once it is in transit to make a change. I was shipping product for a special event so I lost out on all that business. Thanks UPS!! AWFUL!!
