I've just been screamed and cursed at by Jeremy of ATL services bc of a disagreement about a 10/17 firewood delivery. I ordered 8-12' short cuts for my small wood stove. On 10/19 I texted that most of the wood is too long, and sent a photo. On 10/20 I texted and he said he'd get back to me soon. On 10/23 I texted asking for news. Today, 10/24, I texted and left voicemail.
Jeremy called, began screaming and cursing, and said I called or texted him too much, that he was busy and would get to me when he could. He said the wood was not too long. I asked again when he could come and see for himself. He kept ranting about how awful it was that I was bothering him. He asked if I had "a disability" that I kept asking him about the wood. He hung up on me. It was a very upsetting experience, to be bullied like that about buying firewood.
