Big Al's quick identified the squealing noise from my brakes. My dealership inspected my brakes and informed me the brake shoes were the reason. This morning, Joe was the technician assigned to assess my vehicle. He performed a road test and a brake inspection; he determined the issue was caliper pins were sticking. He serviced the caliper pins, and we are back on the road.
I will be back for future brake services for my vehicles.

Just brought my truck in recently for oil change, coolant flush, and rotate tires plus a courteous brake inspection. Shawn is the manager and his mechanics were very friendly and professional. Service didn't take too long and I'm always treated as a valued customer. I recommend Big Al's.

After a terrible experience at another local shop, BigAls was amazing! The manager quickly diagnosed the issues I was having, explained them to me, and fixed them. I could not have asked for more friendly staff, or a better experience. I will definitely use this shop for all my future automotive needs.

I recently moved to Virginia (military family), and our car failed inspection. My husband is gone which leaves me to do the dirty work. When I went to Firestone I was quoted $404 to do a front headlight assembly and I went to Patrick and he beat that price and quoted me $290. He is awesome and such a great help. Patrick and Big Al's has saved me a lot of money and time. I tried looking around but NO BODY can beat Big Al's and that friendly smile from Patrick. I will be ging back for all my car needs and continue to spread the word about Big Al's!!!!
