I had two cedar trees removed, a birch topped and two plum trees pruned. They did the first two OK but when it came to pruning the plum trees they messed up completely. I asked to have the top removed to make the fruit more accessible and they removed the lower branches instead. They wore spikes when climbing the tree and they did the entire job with a chain saw. My guess is they had no idea what they were doing and they certainly didn't cut the way I asked. When I pointed out that they had completely pruned the tree the opposite of the way I asked they said too bad as if they hadn't ruined this fruit tree for all time. One other thing I don't like about this company is that they always ask for more money at the end of the job.
