According to SCHelp.org , this place is supposed to help homeowners bridge the gap between jobs or during times of under-employment....We got 3 months behind on mortgage during brief unemployment spell, and were looking for options.We sent our application in early December, got a letter and an email promptly. We sent the documents requested on the instructions, but rep advised they like to do phone intakes before reviewing ppwk. Since then we have made several attempts to complete the intake, and learn about the program to see if we may qualify. Unfortunately in 6 weeks we have only gotten 2 voice mails from rep in response, but the bank sure calls everyday
