I Have lived in the Sacramento area for many years now and have visited many loan jewelry shops and have found this location to be far better then the other places. There PRICES & SERVICE are GREAT.

The staff here is incredibly nice and always honest. I trust them completely to answer any questions I might ask on any subject related to their services. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a HONEST and very fairly priced jewelry repair shop. On one occasion their device to seal the back on my watch case was too small to maintain the water seal after inserting the battery. They sent me to a competitor fairly close by and wouldn’t charge me for the battery. That’s customer service and they deserve many kudos and all my business. Don’t be put off by the tiny shop in a strip mall, they are pros.

I have all my jewelry cleaned and repaired at Jims Jewelry and Loan. Its the only pawn shop that polishes jeewelry for free and you cant beat the customer service. I am a loyaL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
