Their communication on progress of your vehicle is horrible. Do not confuse them by giving them more than 1 phone number to contact you. They took over 3 weeks to fix two doors that should have taken less than 2 weeks. They melted door moldings after painting and baking them. They then had to order new ones at which time I did not feel comfortable with their repairs and went to go look at my vehicle. There was over spray on windows and lights and dings in a used door that they replaced. They tried to fix all the issues but fell short in so many areas. I ended up picking up my vehicle with runs in the paint, door seals hanging off the door, hinge covers dangling, and a missing grab handle inside the vehicle. I now have to get the insurance company involved and get their mistakes fixed somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM 911 CALIBER COLLISION!!
