I was in dire need of a Law firm near my home in Northridge, CA. I called so many firms around the area but prices were too stiff and unreasonable. I called Roy Legal Group and from the time the phone was answered, I know the firm and its employees were here to help.



The person who answered the phone quickly went out of her way to book me a consultation with one of their lawyers. Luckily, I got book the day itself!



As I went in the office, I was literally greeted by all the employees who would walk in and out of the lobby area. I was also asked if I needed Coffee, Tea, or a glass of water. The lawyer I spoke to was Mr. Roy. He seemed very patient and understanding as I had a hard time explaining my case ( it was really complicated!) He gave me all the options possible and quickly, we agreed on what course of action we will take.



As time went by, I would always get calls from Mr. Roy's assistants. They would give me an update on my case, what they have done, and what needs to be done. It was sort of a progress report on my case (which was really helpful). I did not need to call them to follow up on the case.



Price options were given to me and I got the best deal out there. Comparing with the prices I got with other law firms in Northridge. They were flexible in my payment and understood my financial situation.



I would really recommend this firm to everyone. I think being a client of a firm that takes pride in their customer service, Professionalism and a firm that understands their clients can go a long long way. I recommended 3 of my friends already who needed help and true enough, I did not let them down.
