First time getting my eyes checked and getting glasses! Great experience wirh very friendly staff!!!!

Dr. Levin and the staff provide a great environment for eyecare needs! I love the office, too.

I would highly recommend this office to everyone. It is a beautiful office in a great location. I love the selection of glasses and the doctor is wonderful!

In response to the review from AJ, Northville Vision Clinic always honors its refund policy after trying to resolve the patient's issues as a client oriented business should. Northville Vision Clinic has thousands of satisfied patient's in the forty years it has served the community. Those people who have had the good experience have not gone online to write reviews; the unfortunate issue is that the reader only gets one side of the story.

If AJ who wrote the review brings back the glasses, Northville Vision Clinic will gladly give him a refund within one month.

I went here on a recommendation of a friend. The Doctor was very rushed and terse (and kept me waiting over 30 mins). The glasses I bought were not clear and they kept trying to tweak them at the office instead of honoring the replacement policy. When I tried to ask questions they were evasive. I finally gave up and bought another pair of lenses elsewhere (with no insurance). Would not recommend.

I live About 30 minutes from Northville Vision Clinic. My coworker highly recommended this office, before calling to make my appointment I got online to look at there reviews. I was a little hesitant because of a couple negative reviews but still decided to call and make my appointment and I'm very glad I did. It was a great experience and well worth the drive. The Doctor is very thorough. And the staff went above and beyond the call of duty. My husband who is blind as a bat without his glasses broke them I was leaving to go out of the country and they went out of their way to get him his glasses before he left. They have adjusted there schedule to accommodate my family because they know we drive a long distance. I am very glad I decided to give them a chance. They are worth the drive and I have recommended them to my friends and family.

I am a new client of Northville Vision Clinic and I must say I was very impressed with my visit. The doctor and staff were very nice and I had a very thorough examination. I was especially impressed with the camera they had which took a picture of the inside of my eyes to see if there were any problems - very nice- and I didn't have to be dilated. Four stars!

Northville Vision Clinic provides the best care and service for glasses and contacts. I have never felt so comfortable at any other eye doctor's office as I do here. Dr. Levin is so wonderful with his patients.

I have been seeing Dr Levin for 30 years. His staff has always been most helpful. The prices are equal to or less than the discount eyeglass places. The personal service is exceptional. I have referred family and friends to Dr. Levin and they have always been satisfied. Even though I live more than 20 miles from his office I still prefer to see Dr. Levin rather than the impersonal eyeglass places that change doctors and staff regularly.
