Terrible, regret paying for classes up front as there are no refunds within reasonable timeframe (time enough to know that the instructor for basic obedience is inconsiderate, rude and only wishes to hear herself speak rather than respect the dog/student/customer). I found her entire curriculum in a textbook and wish I had only just paid the $25 for the book and taken classess at a retail store instead. Try before you buy.
