READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GETTING SERVICE! I'd give it 0 stars if I could, VERY DISAPPOINTING! This was terrible service. I get you want to get your shoe serviced/ cleaned and this might be the only spot for a few miles but this is not the place to go. Look at the reviews and go to another place. When I walked in that should've been my first inclination not to go here because it looks a hot mess! But I decided to get my shoes cleaned because he was the only place I could find nearby. I got my shoes "cleaned" here and they charged me $21 for this and when I came to pick up the shoes they LOOKED EXACTLY THE SAME! The owner told me that "some of the scratches won't be able to come out" not ALL of them! No exaggeration, my shoes look exactly the same (I wish I took a before picture -but I learned my lesson- any time you drop off any of your precious clothes/shoes take a before picture)! Once I came back to pick up my shoes that's when he told me it's cash only, so I had to drive to the bank and get cash to pay him to get my shoes back. My recommendation is if you love yourself and your shoes then you won't bring them there, you'll only leave frustrated and your shoes looking the same as when you brought them in.

I have used this Shoe Repair many times to fix Fur Coat, Shoes & Purse. I feel they did a Wonderful Job & they are very reasonable. I will continue to use. Most people just throw things away instead of getting them fixed even though they still have plenty of use.

WORST service EVER! Shoes are NEVER ready when promised. It sometimes take 3-4 weeks for repairs. Have tried more than once to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is apparent they are subpar. I will NEVER...EVER return or recommend for service!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The lady behing the counter was Rude and disrespectful. The place is cluttered and dirty. I will never return and would NEVER recommed this place to anyone.
