Owner was super helpful and always responded to calls. She was very helpful and even came out to help me back my RV in. I very much recommend this storage facility.

If you have a question, you have to drive all the way there and ask in person because nobody ever answers the phone. You always get a message saying to leave
your name and number and they will return your call, but they never return calls either. I tried calling for 4 days straight to find out what time they unlocked the gate and finally wound up having to drive all the way there....and wait 30 minutes for the gate to be opened!

Your belongings will be ruined. Very rude. Everything is molded and stinks. Everything feels damp and is a total loss. Children's things and all after 5 mos.
