On July 18, 2014, GEICO paid Cardoza’s Auto Repair to replace the engine in our 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor Sport. At that time Dan informed us it might be a couple week before he could get to it but he would let us know when it was ready. Also, he said the engine is rare but he found one.After three week of waiting we called to see if there was any progress and Dan said he hasn’t even picked up the engine yet and it might be one more week. I informed him that we were moving to San Antonio in one week and he promised to have the car to me before we move. We called back in one week and were informed the engine is in and running but the Check Engine light was on indicating a problem. I now had to move without my car.This is now one complete month after being paid for the job. In the estimate to GEICO Cardoza listed the labor at 10 hours. Also at this time Dan answered the phone every time we called.Another week goes by and I’m calling daily because now he won’t answer when he sees my number on his caller ID. I change my number to the 210 area code and call Cardosa, he answers. I press him for specifics and he tells me the misfire code is on cylinder #6. How is this possible, the original engine is a Supercharged 1.8L 4 cylinder? He will check on the car and call me back; no call.Now he won’t even answer my calls, text, or emails. This man dedicated an entire page on his web site spouting his ethics. There are links to Kudzu customer reviews and the Better Business Bureau where he’s not even a member.Now it’s September 5, 2014 and I don’t have my car or a clue where it is and what’s going on with it. So I have to take legal action against the man and his business to get my car back.Do not do business with Cardoza’s Auto Repair!

I dropped my car of wanting to get some gears installed. Dan had first told me that he was going to have it by the next day (Friday). Friday came along and my car wasn't ready, every single time I go to check in on my car he tells me it's going to be ready the next day and it never is, two weeks later and my car still isn't finished!Don't waste your time here, look for a different shop with honest workers. Not to mention that my car isn't even at the shop.

cardoza's auto repair has been a vary legitimate hassel free establishment since before the original owner past away, when I remember just his nephew Gabriel and he would have such a close relationship with local Christian church they were every inch of what they claimed Im happy things have worked out for this vary loyal and very skilled technicians. but what happened to Gabriel he was always so respectful to his uncle and a vary skilled mechanic even fixed little things we would notice and not charge us, it was the little things that counted and the BIG loyalty And never one problem God bless Cardozas auto Sincerely Sabrina from midland

I found cardozas auto from a friend of mine told me that they were honest people so I gave them a try after getting a 1800 dollar quote for my ac at the dealership. Mr cardoza gave me a 1000 dollar quote and after it was completed I was really happy with the work that was performed and the service they gave me.I would defently use cardozas auto again in the future A+ service

I took my car to several different shops around town and no one could find the problem and spent several hundred dollars on repairs. I then found CARDOZAS AUTO REPAIR in the phone book and made an appointment to bring in my car. The owner Ryan was a very friendly person and made me feel comfortable with his service. They found the problem in one day and repaired for only 200 dollars I was so happy and pleased with Cardozas auto repair that I would recommend them to friends and family members.. Thanks once again
