Quick, fast, and easy!!

My husband and I had been looking to buy a car for several months. We had spoken to many people at at least 10 dealerships. We had a budget that no one seemed to want to stay within. We were almost ready to give up when we went to Westland Ford of Ogden. We were met with such enthusiasm. We explained our budget, they showed us what they had in our budget. They were all so friendly and there was no smoke and mirrors at all!! We were so impressed with their professionalism and straight talk we paid cash for our car and were out of the dealership within 4 hours. That was the easiest, quickest and most pleasant experience we have ever had buying a car. We will only buy from Westland Ford in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received on Aug 1, 2011. I am from Weatherford, TX and my wife and I were visiting my sister in West Haven her. I heard a strange clicking noise coming from the center of the dash on Sunday and thought that I had better have it checked out on Monday because I was going to leave for Texas but when I brought it in the next day I couldn't get it to make that noise. That didn't stop the service technician (David) from coming up with the correct diagnosis and gave me the opportunity to see if the noise would begin again that day and if so bring it back. Well it did start again and I brought it back the air conditioner tech was able to work on it the same day and finish it early the next day. I praise God that there are still people that actually exemplify "serve" in service. I ordered parts and was told they would be in Friday. Here it is Tuesday and now I am being told the part is obsolete. WAY TO GO FORD
