I would not recommend Tracy to anyone who values customer service whatsoever. She is very unprofessional and doesn't communicate with her clients.



I texted her for an appointment and it took a week to get back to me. I tip 40-50% of my haircut. Last time I tipped $10 on a $20 cut. She doesn't respond whatsoever to texts and I am even a new client.



When I missed my second appointment because I received no sort of reminder, she didn't inform me that I would be charged $10 when I showed up for my following appointment as a "penalty". I received no reminder of my appointment and she did not inform me that I even missed an appointment.



The fact that she expects people to be in constant communication but takes from Sunday to Friday to reply to a text is a ridiculous double standard. As far as the quality of the cut, it was decent, but one that I "hoped would improve over time" if I were to continue. Don't go to her if you want a good experience.
